Title:                              Building Cleaning Assurance Inspector

Qualifications:

• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to use discretion and judgment to make timely decisions

Reports To:                   Director of Buildings & Personnel Safety

Performance Responsibilities:

• To ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment is provided for the students, staff, and visitors
• Perform scheduled and random building inspections to assure quality cleaning standards
• Document inspections and resolve issues in collaboration with site managers and supervisors, building administrators, and cleaning contractors.
• Learn and adhere to the district Health and Safety policy
• Be familiar with the safe use of cleaning products, equipment, and machinery
• Perform other duties as assigned by director of buildings

Terms of Employment:                   Twelve months.

Evaluation:                             Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Administrative Personnel.
