Title:                                     Receptionist/Secretary PC Center

 

Qualifications:

  

Reports To:                                    Director of Student Services

 

Job Goal:                            To assist visitors with direction, guidance and monitoring the safety and security of those entering the building. 

 

 

Performance Responsibilities:

 

  1. Respectfully greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the PCC Center.
  2. Maintain building security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (maintain a logbook, issue visitor badges).
  3. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  4. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  5. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  6. Receive and process deliveries.
  7. Maintain office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  8. Schedule meetings as required.
  9. Perform other clerical and receptionist duties and other duties as assigned.

 

 

Terms of Employment:           Twelve months position. 

 

Evaluation:                             Performance of this job will be evaluated annually

                                                in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy

                                                on evaluation of non-certified personnel.
